1. Full Metal Panic 2. Full Metal Alchemist 3. Death Note 4. Bleach 5. Naruto 6. Noir 7. Fruits Basket 8. Avatar: The last airbender 9. Claymore 10. Kyou Kara Maoh
I'm still a bit of a baby anime fan, but I can list some of the ones I've seen so far that I really like. These are in no particular order.
1. Princess Mononoke (the first anime I saw that I really liked after my ex nearly ruined me on anime by showing me Akira as my very first anime ever.... I really don't like Akira. Bloody passion kind of dislike. It took 3 months before I was talked into trying Princess Mononoke out and I loved it.) 2. Spirited Away. 3. Howl's Moving Castle 4. Full Metal Alchemist 5. Cowboy Bebop 6. Loveless 7. Gravitation 8. Ranma 1/2 9. Trigun 10. Inuyasha
In fact.... I think that's all the anime I've seen, so far. We have 'Origin: Spirits of the Past' coming in tomorrow, from netflix, though. I'll letcha know what I think of it after we watch it.

Yay Anime. Though I less have actual titles I like and more broad categories. Most of what I watched initially was dark and post apocolyptic, but I've also enjoyed Loveless, Gravitation and several others. I'm looking forward to watching Origin as soon as it comes in. I miss my pre-release copy of Spirited Away...someone Spirited it Away :(
Gravitation is cool. I wish they had made Loveless longer. My favorite in the shounen-ai category though is Fake.
After only 2 episodes of Trigun, I thought it too silly to watch further. But a friend convinced me otherwise and, wow, I'm glad she did because I would've missed out on another great anime.
I completely agree that loveless should have been longer. There was so much more they could have done with that series. But the manga never went further, so neither did the animated series.I've noticed that's something of a trend in shounen-ai.

I used to be an anime fan... Now I just don't have the urge to really watch a great deal of it.
I loved Cowboy Bebop, Sailor Moon (when I was ickle), Fushigi Yuugi.... someone's staring at me through the window... Um... Paranoia Agent was great. And Serial Experiments Lain (if I'm getting that right).
I tend to get really, really into like one anime at a time and just stick with it for like a year.

if I had to pick an anime that i really liked it would be Sailor Moon. We have a few episodes of Gatcha Man. Yeah Sailor Moon was my favorite, and some of the saturday morning cartoons.
