But once he gets to know you he's friendly if a little rough around the edges. He's eager to please and almost fanatically loyal if you can get him to that point. Favorite Foods: Roast beast...of any sort, particularly the roast his mother used to make before succumbing to her illness. Antagonists: Marley Brisbane a big boy with a small gang they seem to take a liking to picking on Aric in particular but are the type of opportunists to go after anyone if they stand to benefit from it. His older brother Andre who blames their mothers failing health on him.
Aric was born in a small one room shack as a second child, his father disappeared shortly after his mother found out she was pregnant again. His older brother Andre regularly beats him into a bloody pulp when their mother isn't looking, but Gods above forbid that Andre catch anyone else trying to hurt him.
The boy's have been watching their mother die since not long after Aric was born and for the first several years Andre and Aric were inseperable but then when Andre turned 15 he began to have horrendous fits of rage in which he'd beat Aric within a half inch of his life. Their mother doesn't know a thing about these beatings, most of the time she's too out of it to understand that her youngest son being black and blue is even a bad thing.
Together the boys strive to both support their dying mother and survive themselves often times breaking laws to do so. Before their mother got so sick she oft times doesn't know up from down she begged them to never rely on charity and so they have done everything they can to stick to the promise made when they were unaware just how hard it was to get and keep a job.
