The New Dawn Tavern (formerly known as The Medieval Tavern) is located 1 mile south of the city gates of Bizmar in a clearing. This is the perfect place for newcomers to start off their characters. Since this is a "writing" board, a good, vivid entry post will get a lot more attention than a rushed, short post containing nothing substantial. It is advisable to read a few of the other posts to get a feel for how things work here. For more information check out our rules forum above.
Once you're ready, start a new topic and enter your character into the tavern. If you don't get a reply within a few days it probably means there are no writers available to work with you at this time.

Here's a tavern menu I made several years ago. Feel free to use it, or just make up something when your character orders food. I'm sure the cooking staff at the tavern can make just about anything. :D
